About Me
Samuel Cheng Smiling Picture
Initially trained as a computer scientist, I worked three years for the U.S. Army as a recipient of the Department of Defense-funded Science, Math, and Research for Transformation (SMART) Scholarship. I embarked on my HCI journey shortly after discovering that I really wanted to understand people and their problems, and find new ways to improve their lives.

I love brainstorming issues, working with others, and building a solution together that allows technology to integrate into and enhance people's lives.

Currently, I am pursuing a Master's degree in Human-Computer Interaction at the Georgia Institute of Technology in Atlanta, GA.

When not working, I enjoy playing board games, making music, playing basketball, writing, making YouTube videos, and learning about anything else that interests me.
